These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kliping ("Kliping", "we", "us", "our"), an AI-powered video editing platform. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Kliping lets you upload video files and automatically edits them using AI: trimming silences and dead segments, adding synchronized captions and word overlays, applying sound effects, and rendering a finished video that you can download from your dashboard. Features and limits for each plan are described on our Pricing page.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

Plans, Billing, and Processing Minutes

• Paid plans are billed in USD through our payment processor, Stripe, on a monthly or yearly basis as selected at checkout. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page.
• Each plan purchase credits your account with a balance of video processing minutes (for example, the number of minutes listed for your plan, per month purchased). Minutes are deducted from your balance based on the duration of each video you render.
• The Trial plan ($1) is a one-time, limited offer intended to let you test the Service (1 processing minute, limited video length).
• Plan limits (maximum video length, included minutes, features) are enforced automatically and may differ per plan.
• We may change prices with prior notice; changes apply from your next purchase or renewal, never retroactively.
• Cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Your Content and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the videos you upload and of the edited videos the Service produces for you. By uploading content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, transmit, and process that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that it does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.

The Kliping platform itself — including its software, design, and branding — remains our exclusive property. These Terms grant you no rights to it other than the right to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to process or distribute content that:

• is illegal, or promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred;
• is sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise exploits or harms minors in any way;
• infringes intellectual-property rights or the privacy of others;
• is deceptive, defamatory, or intended to harass a person.

You also agree not to abuse the platform: no attempts to circumvent plan limits or billing, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, resell the Service without authorization, or use it in a way that degrades it for other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Service Availability and Disclaimer

We work to keep the Service fast and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Video processing is automated and AI-based: results depend on the source material, and we do not guarantee a specific artistic or commercial outcome, uninterrupted availability, or specific processing times. If a render fails due to an error on our side, the corresponding minutes are not lost — see our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kliping shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or fraud, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and material changes will be announced on the website or by email before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
